IRC Race camp will focus on racing selection and prep for Dogwood Sprints


Camp includes: On site use, equipment rental, coaching, racing

Plan to ARRIVE on Tuesday night
Wed and Thurs: 
  • 7:30-9:30 AM Row
  • Mid Day Video
  • 3:30-5:30 PM Row
  • 6:30 PM Team Dinner
Friday
  • 7:30-9:30 AM Row
  • 5 pm Race prep chat
Saturday - Dogwood Sprints
Racing 8-3 PM
Plan to Depart on Sunday
